Background Information: Bobby Jones, professional golfer, was born on March 17, 1902. At a young age, Bobby was known to be talented with a club and was seen with great potential. Starting his career in 1923 Jones lasted a mere 8 seasons. He accomplished various achievements winning 13 major championships. Major accolades for his time. Unfortunately, his career was marked short as his health was rapidly deteriorating. Jones was diagnosed with a spinal disease and he ended up succumbing to the disease dying at age 69.
