W.E.B. Du Bois (February 23, 1868-August 27, 1963)
W.E.B Du Bois fought for social justice of Blacks in America. Educated at Harvard, Du Bois was co-founder of the NAACP which was an organization which fought for the advancement of colored people in society. Du Bois was known prominently during the Harlem Renaissance where he was an activists fighting for the social justice and equality of Blacks by delivering speeches as well writing various novels and poems to get his point across.
